Job Description


Available for 24 hour emergency response to water service calls. Perform emergency water extractions, emergency demolition of wet building materials, setting up drying equipment, monitor /take moisture readings and accurately document site conditions.


Available for 24 hour emergency response to board up service calls. Ability to secure openings with plywood, setup a temporary framing for structural shoring, installing roof tarps and clearing site of hazardous debris.


Non-emergency duties include trash and debris pickup, demolition, general site cleaning, light carpentry, contents manipulation, moving furniture, boxing of personal items, carpet cleaning, shop/office cleaning, vehicle cleaning and various errands as needed. Ideal candidate will need to pass a Clean Trust/IICRC Certifications within first year of employment, WRT.


Responsibilities


The Fire and Water Damage Emergency Service Technician must be on call for 24 hours for emergency response. Perform water damage remediation. Complete restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment. Ability to secure openings at emergency service calls.


Experience Required


  • Light Carpentry
  • Demolition and debris removal
  • On Call 24/7 for Emergency response including holidays
  • Clean driving record and criminal history required
  • Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills
