Austin HiTech was amazingly detailed, punctual, efficient and well managed throughout our mitigation of the water damage. They used state of the art technology to detect the extent of the water flow and make a plan that cut in half the time to complete their first phase of the overall project. Super professional, courteous, totally engaged, mission focused and action oriented with purpose. Albert, Jesse, Aaron, Ernest, James, Smith and especially their Project Supervisor Chase did a superior job in every respect. Highly recommended. Thanks to them we have got a jump start on getting this project on the way to success.

Our insurance company assigned Austin Hi-Tech Restoration when our A/C line became clogged, overflowed and leaked onto our ceiling and down into the walls. Chase, Albert and his crew are an incredibly professional, respectful and communicative team - always keeping us in the loop and making sure we were aligned, from the initial walk-through to remediation, demolition and handoff to repairs. Though I hope we'll never have the need again, I would highly recommend Austin Hi-Tech for those that might.

Chase and his team came to our rescue within 24 hours after one of the worst storms to hit Austin. We were out of town when the event occurred, but Chase reassured us and was always available via phone. Every time we talked , he made me feel like I was his only customer, even though I knew they were incredibly busy helping other clients. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service by the mitigation team of Austin Hi-Tech Restoration. Chase, Jose, Jesse, Albert and Aaron serviced our home after a water leak in the kitchen, which expanded to the gameroom and Livingroom areas. The removal of affected material and plastic enclosure of the affected area prevented the rest of the home from becoming a mess. Chase and the team was quick to respond to any question I had during this process. Kudos to the team.

Chase, Jesse, and Jose at Austin Hi Tech did a wonderful job with the water mitigation of our townhome. They were thorough with all of our questions, timely with the work, and just very kind. I want to especially recognize Jesse who had to do some unexpected and heartbreaking work once the walls were taken down. He handled the situation so well and we, as well as our neighbors, are extremely thankful for him. I really recommend this great team.

Got connected with this company through insurance and it's been great to have them taking care of things throughout our plumbing issues. When something goes wrong, you want somebody that does it right. High Tech Mitigation was exactly that for us when we had water damage in our kitchen. They responded immediately and were at our house within hours.

Chase, our Mitigation Manager, absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and an incredible work ethic. His demeanor and understanding made a stressful situation much more manageable. He was always available to answer my endless questions, which I really appreciated and needed in this uncharted territory I was not familiar with.

Our insurance adjuster was a nightmare to deal with, but Chase was the one keeping us sane. He guided us through the process, helped even encouraged us to speak with the adjusters supervisor, which resulted in us having a new adjuster with our insurance company.

If you’re looking for a company that truly has your best interest at heart and will stand by you through mitigation look no further than Austin High Tech Restoration. If you read this Chase, thank you for everything. We appreciate you—and hopefully, we don’t have to use you or a company like yours ever again 😉

NOTE: This review is for Austin Hi-Tech water mitigation services only. We contacted Austin Hi-Tech Restoration after a leak was discovered in our home. Carpet had to be pulled, sheet rock had to be removed, and lots of equipment had to be brought in to dry the affected areas. The reps from Austin Hi-Tech came in and meticulously rearranged and/or moved our personal belongings without issue. They set up what looked like decontamination chambers inside the house and the garage to isolate the places where the fans and dehumidifiers were to be placed. They covered and sealed cabinets hanging on the wall and created a thick paper pathway for walking and moving equipment. There was virtually no dust outside of the containment areas. They showed up each day as promised to check to progress of the drying and when they packed up, they showed the same care and attention to detail as on day one. They communicated openly, set expectations, answered questions, and ensured we were informed every step of the way. We almost always have to worry about what damages or unsatisfactory work we'll have to argue over when anyone comes into our home. Not here. They just cared. **For any competitors reading this review, you don't have to love what you do to give your customers the respect and courtesy they deserve, particularly customers that are dealing with the trauma of loss and facing significant financial impact.** We never asked Chase and Gabriel if they love their job, but it doesn't matter (on our end) because they delivered the quality one should be able to count on. We hope to not have another water-related incident in our home, but if we do, we will not be looking at other mitigation services. We'll waste no time in calling on Austin Hi-Tech. Thank you for being true professionals and for the awesome service you provided.

We had a major water leak in our home, and within 2hr of contact, Chase, Gabriel and team for. Austin Hi-Tech were at our home beginning the remediation process. We are so grateful that our insurance company recommended these guys, because they made our situation feel so much less overwhelming. They did a beautiful job isolating our “clean” areas within the home and even adding zippers within the plastic containment walls so we could still easily access the area. Additionally, they did a great job patiently explaining the whole process and answering all of our questions.

Austin Hi-Tech Restoration's Water Mitigation team (lead by Chase and Gabriel) were some of the best professionals I've come in contact with. Other members included: Albert, Jesse, Jose and Shawn. All of these gentlemen were polite, efficient, competent and acted as experts on the job. They practiced proficient skills assessing the extent of the water damage, returning daily for moisture reviews, and communicating clearly all along the way. In addition, they skillfully removed drywall, floor boards, carpeting, and flooring whille continuing to clean up after themselves. Both Chase and Gabriel made certain that I understood the daily plan and future plan. I strongly recommend this company's Water Mitigation team for any water damages that you may encounter.

These guys were amazing for our water damage. Chase, Jesse, Jose, and Albert descended on my home and for 9 days checked in daily to make sure the moisture levels were decreasing. Adjusted what they needed to. They were very responsive to texts if we had questions. They were careful with my health, going the extra mile to make sure I was protected from mold. I hope I never need them again, but I wouldn't consider another company if we have problems.

We had an unexpected leak from our HVAC system and Chase with Austin Hi-Tech was there to save the day! They were actually a preferred vendor from our insurance and I'm glad we went with them.They were quick, efficient, and communicative over texting even after hours. I felt confident knowing that they were working on our project. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a mitigation team after a loss.
